How does Invisalign work?
Clear orthodontic aligners offer a discreet and effective way to straighten your teeth with a series of transparent, removable, and comfortable acrylic trays. These aligners provide a virtually invisible solution, allowing you to maintain your natural smile throughout your treatment. Their removable design means you can enjoy your favorite foods and beverages without restriction, and maintaining oral hygiene is easier with simplified brushing and flossing. Furthermore, the aligners are designed for maximum comfort, eliminating the risk of mouth abrasions that can occur with traditional metal braces.

We use the iTero Scanner to accurately record your teeth and create the best-fitting aligners from the start, eliminating the need for messy putty impressions. This advanced technology ensures a precise fit and enhances your overall experience.

You wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move—little by little, week by week—until they have straightened to their final positions. You'll visit us about once every six weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. Total treatment time averages nine to 15 months, and the average number of aligners worn during treatment is between 18 and 30, but both will vary from case to case.
